Within a three hours period last Friday, jihadis killed about 60 persons and wounded several hundred others in three nation states. Friday’s attacks in France, Tunisia and Kuwait came days after the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) terrorist group called for such operations during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan (June 17-July 17). America’s current missile defense strategy is “not sustainable,” according to Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Deputy Director USAF Brig. Gen. Kenneth Todorov. As reported by Sydney J. June 9, 2015—Help from the Old Crows!

The name “Old Crows” emerged from the first large-scale use of Electronic Warfare (EW) during the WWII Battle of Britain and the US and allied bombing raids over Europe. The Allied Radar Countermeasure operators used the code name “Ravens” and employed receivers and transmitters to monitor and jam threat frequencies. Military jargon later changed “Ravens” to “Crows.” The International Association of Old Crows (AOC) is celebrating its 50th anniversary—and exploring how best to join the elements of electronic warfare and cyber technologies to deal with the elements of modern warfare.
