This was a good week in getting out the word on the electromagnetic pulse (EMP) threat—there’s a growing awareness of its seriousness, though not much agreement on how to counter it. A conference in Washington indicates this concern is growing internationally—and at least a couple of nations (not including the U.S.) are organized to deal with it seriously . . .
