Heritage Foundation Hosts Roundtable on EMP Effects

In August 2012, The Heritage Foundation hosted a roundtable on the effects of an Electromagnetic Pulse.  The event was hosted by James Jay Carafano, Ph.D., Vice President, Foreign and Defense Policy Studies, and Director, The Kathryn and Shelby Cullom Davis Institute for International Studies.  The keynote speaker was The Honorable Roscoe Bartlett (R-MD) 
Member, United States House of Representatives, followed by a Discussion with: Dr. Peter Vincent Pry President, EMPact America, Inc., and former Member, Commission to Assess the Threat to the United States from Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) Attack, Frank Gaffney Founder and President, Center for Security Policy,  and Dr. Drew Miller Author, Rohan Nation: Reinventing America After the 2020 Collapse
